(Each user has a different user identifier and password.) These are all confidential and should not be shared with others. However, your user password is particularly important. The first time you log onto CMConnectCash, MB Personal Online Banking or MB Business Online Banking, you will be asked to choose your user password. From that time forward, only you will know your user password, and you must never disclose it to anyone else. We will not ask you for your user password, and we do not know what it is. If you think your user password has been compromised, change it immediately. In fact, it is a good security practice to change your user password from time to time, even if it has not been compromised.
When you log onto CMConnectCash, MB Personal Online Banking or MB Business Online Banking your browser uses a digital certificate provided by VeriSign Corporation to confirm that you are really communicating with Manufacturers Bank. From that time until you exit the CMConnectCash service, MB Personal Online Banking or MB Business Online Banking your communications with us are encrypted (encoded).
